Our primary shipping method is via Canada Post. Delivery time is 1-3 days depending on location. All live feeder orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Orders are shipped out same day as long as we receive your order by 10am EST, Monday - Wednesday. If your order is received after this time it will be shipped on the next available business shipping day. We ship only within Canada. You will receive a tracking number and order update with every order via email. All live silkworms are shipped with food to eat during transit, this insures your silkworms will arrive well fed. By the time you receive the Silkworms all food should be gone.

NOTE: the shipping modual estimates the number of days it will take to arrive but does NOT take into account shipping does not accure Thursday-Friday. 

Winter Shipping: all orders between Dec - Feb will be provided with a free heat pack, unsulated boxes can be provided for extra cost.

Any non live orders (orders that do not contain live feeders) can be shipped Monday - Friday, otherwise your order will be held for shipping as stated above.

We guarantee all live feeder orders to arrive alive as long as there is someone home to accept the package at the address provided. In conjunction with this, your temps must be within our live arrival guarantee, 32-86F or 0-30C. If there happens to be a problem with your order you must contact us via email within 12hrs of your order being delivered or accepted. We make every effort to insure live arrival. If by chance you have a DOA shipment we will replace the feeders free of charge 1 time, no refunds will be issued. In the event no one will be home to accept the package please request us (via your order comments) to put HOLD FOR PICKUP on your package so it will be held at your local postal outlet for you to pickup.

Our shipping prices are calculated on the weight and postal code we are shipping to. Our automated ordering system will automatically calculate the different shipping options for you. Just add the items you wish to purchase and click check out, on the next page you can see the shipping rates.
