How do I purchase items? We currently accept PayPal, credit card payments through paypal (you do not have to register a paypal account to do this), Cheque/money orders. email cheques from all major Canadian financial institutions (choose the cheque/money order option for this and send email cheque to sales@feederfactory.ca and email us with the security question answer). If you have placed an order incorrectly please contact us immediately. There will be no refunds for incorrectly placed orders 24 hours after the order is placed. If you have any special instructions regarding packaging or shipping dates and times, please inform us at the time of the purchase via the comments box or contact us before your order is placed. Orders placed through our website are handled by our automated billing system and paypal. At no time do we have access to your account information. Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST.
Once you have placed an order you will recieve a email with your order details and current status depending on your payment status. You will recieve email for each stage your order goes through. When shipped you will recieve a status update including your tracking number.
